Kalpana Chauhan is a Mathematics graduate and a Fellow member of the esteemed Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She holds a Certificate of Practice as a Company Secretary in India from 2011. Bolstered by over 20 years of immersive experience in Corporate Laws and Secretarial practices, Kalpana Chauhan’s expertise serves very well in guiding businesses through the intricate tapestry of regulatory intricacies.
At the nucleus of her proficiency lies a profound acumen in advising Corporates spanning diverse sectors on an intricate web of Company Law, Legal, and Foreign Exchange Control regulations. Commencing her career under the tutelage of eminent Practicing Company Secretaries in Pune, she was enraptured by the plethora of learning opportunities and challenges that accompanied advisory roles.
